Your payment is charged at the time the order is placed, including for items that are made-to-order. This will ensure that your placed order will be in the queue for production and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Exchange Rate

The exchange rate shown on the web site is for reference purpose. Exchange rate varies according to the payment method you use and will be determined when you check out. Please note all orders will be calculated in HKD. 

Please note that we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency once the payment is settled.

Custom Duties and Taxes

Hong Kong:

There are no additional duties and taxes for shipments within Hong Kong.

Other international destinations:

Your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, vary by country. Please note that Naturali Jewelry Global does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise of what the costs will be. All customs duties and taxes will be settled by the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs department. Please also note that we are unable to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available for customers to add aside from the shipping cost. Insurance is to cover any loss or damaged during shipping and the fee depends on your order value.
