Basic Care Method

Jewelry worn during the day may retain traces of sweat, dirt, and dust.
Before storing, gently wipe off any residue using a soft cloth designed for jewelry (precious metals).

Tips

Be sure to wipe off dirt after use

Jewelry may become soiled by sweat and natural oils during wear. Leaving it uncleaned may cause the original shine to fade. After removing your jewelry, be sure to gently wipe off any dirt with a soft cloth before storing.

Put On Last, Take Off First

Oils and alcohol found in cosmetics, creams, hairsprays, and perfumes can be harmful to jewelry. Also, wearing jewelry while dressing or undressing can cause damage or loss due to friction or snagging. Since jewelry is delicate, handle it gently.

Avoid Contact with Water

Remove your jewelry when doing household tasks, bathing, showering, or swimming whenever possible. Soap and residue can dull the sparkle of gemstones. Chlorine and sulfur can cause discoloration in jewelry stones and metals. Therefore, please handle your pieces carefully. It is also advisable to remove jewelry before sleeping to prevent deformation or injury.

Keep Jewelry Individually Stored

Gemstones vary in hardness, ranging from hard stones like diamonds to softer ones like pearls. Storing hard and soft gemstones together can cause scratches due to friction. When storing, use small pouches or compartments in a jewelry box to keep each piece separate and prevent them from rubbing against each other.

Jewelry Maintenance by Material

Gold, Platinum, and Diamonds

Soak the jewelry in a bowl or cup filled with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent for about one minute. Gently brush with a soft brush, paying close attention to areas where dirt tends to build up—such as between chain links and around prongs holding the diamond. Once clean, rinse thoroughly with water and dry carefully with a soft cloth to complete the cleaning process.

Pearl

Pearls are very delicate and should not be cleaned with detergent, water, or warm water. After wearing, gently wipe them with a soft cloth to care for them properly.

Gemstones by Color

Care instructions for colored gemstones vary by type. Sapphires, rubies, and aquamarines are relatively durable and can be cleaned with a mild detergent, similar to diamonds. However, emeralds are more delicate and are best cared for by gently wiping with a soft cloth only.

Custom Duties and Taxes

Hong Kong:

There are no additional duties and taxes for shipments within Hong Kong.

Other international destinations:

Your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, vary by country. Please note that Naturali Jewelry Global does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise of what the costs will be. All customs duties and taxes will be settled by the customer. For more information, please contact your local customs department. Please also note that we are unable to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available for customers to add aside from the shipping cost. Insurance is to cover any loss or damaged during shipping and the fee depends on your order value.

Return and Exchange Policy

We only offer returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Item received is different from the ordered item (wrong order)
• The ordered item is defective

Please check the jewelry packages carefully when you received your order. If the package was damaged, take pictures of all the visible damages and notify us within 7 days for the exchange or refund process via (email info@naturali-japan.com).
Customer support will then contact you for the return and exchange instructions. Please send the return items within 7 days of receiving our reply.

*Please note that we will NOT accept any returns and exchanges without approved return requests by email.
*For returns, all jewelry must be unworn and in the original condition that it was received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The package is being opened, or the jewelry item has signs of wear
• Customers who ordered the wrong items
• The product is returned more than 7 days after receipt
• The damage of the jewelry is caused by the customers’ usage
• The damage merely on the package (but not on the jewelry items)
• The package or the instructions has been ripped or lost

*Please file a claim at your local post office for compensation if the parcel is damaged during delivery. Any other circumstances will not be entitled to a compensation claim.
*Please note that packages might have minor scratches or might be dented during delivery, these conditions are not considered damaged and they cannot be exchanged or returned.
*Although our gemstones are carefully selected and inspected one by one, they are all-natural and might slightly differ in colors and shapes. Besides, there might be inclusions or slight scratches on the surface of our gemstones (a characteristic of natural gemstones). We will not accept returns or exchanges for any of these reasons, so please consider carefully before purchasing.

Cancellation

Please kindly understand that you may only be able to cancel an item or the entire order online when your parcel has not been shipped.
